04Volunteer journey

There is more than one way to help.

Share knowledge in live sessions, create space for conversation or connect people and processes as a coordinator.

Recruitment opens only after the team confirms a real need. When no form is active, we show the current waiting status.

What the project provides

Before the role begins, the team helps clarify context, boundaries and the working route.

  • Role description and expected commitment
  • Coordinator contact and communication channel
  • Terms for working with students and data
  • Verification of actual contribution under cohort rules
03

From interest to a first role.

The journey lets both the volunteer and the team check compatibility before working with a group.

  1. 01

    The team confirms a need

A specific role, program, commitment and participation period become available.

  2. 02

    The volunteer applies

The form belongs to one role and does not mix different responsibilities.

  3. 03

    An introduction takes place

Experience, motivation, schedule, boundaries and support are discussed.

  4. 04

    The start is confirmed

Once aligned, the volunteer receives context, a team contact and the next step.

Open roles appear after confirmation.

Once the team confirms a role and form, the site publishes the correct route. Until then, volunteers are not sent to old or closed forms.

What the volunteer brings

Reliability matters more than an impressive role title or promises that cannot be sustained.

  • Preparation within the chosen role
  • Respect for student privacy and boundaries
  • Honest notice when difficulties appear
